Udhagamandalam or Ooty is a beautiful hill station, nestled in Nilgiri Hills and located in the midst of four high hills: Doddabetta, Snowdon, Elk Hill and Club Hill .
The Nilgiri range varies between 2280 m and 2290 m. The highest peak, Doddabetta is located at an altitude of 2623 meters. Ooty is one of the best tourist destinations and is also called "Blue Mountains" . This famous hill station is situated at the crossroads of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka.
